Guidelines

I'm not trying to "diet," as that has never worked for me before. (Weight Watchers worked for a few weeks but I couldn't keep up with the counting.) My basic plan is to eat healthily and exercise more. Here are some more specific guidelines I'm trying to follow: Exercise: 1. Take a 15 to 20-minute walk at least five days a week. 2. Do 50 situps at least five days a week. 3. Do some other sort of exercise/activity at least twice a week. (A longer walk can count for this.) Food: 1. No sugar in morning coffee/tea. (Yes, I'll let myself have it in the evening. I'm not perfect. :-) ) 2. No junk food or snacking at work unless it's provided by work (like birthday cake or something). 3. Cut back on diet soda from every day to two or three a week. 4. Drink more water!!!
