The scale said 151.5 this morning! Yay! 2.5 down! It's a nice start. (I put 152 on the ticker because it doesn't do partial pounds.) I didn't even think I'd done particularly well this weekend, because I didn't really pay attention that much to what I was eating. I did exercise again yesterday, though.
Tonight I am going to start with the Yoga Booty Ballet DVDs. They have a ten-week plan for starting, so I'm going to follow that as closely as I can. I know I'll miss more days than they do, though, because of my schedule. So I'm just going to check the days off on the plan as I do them and not worry about week by week.
I managed to actually relax a bit this weekend. Of course, I stayed up too late reading last night, so I'm a bit tired, but it's sleepy-tired rather than that horrible exhaustion I always have. I mean, that's still there, but it's decreased. Yay.
I have been craving vegetables for days. Interesting. I need to go grocery shopping, because I don't have many vegetables left in the house.
