I'm going to set some weight goals and some other types of goals. Each goal met will get a small reward. I'll record the date I met the goal here. Weight:

144 9/06/05 139 134 129 124 119 Other: 1. Learn to use core board for exercising. 2. Create a wardrobe of only clothes that fit and make me feel good, regardless of the number on the tag. 3. Buy and wear a two-piece swimsuit. (This will probably be for summer 2006.) 4. Fit back into my favorite jeans. (L.L. Bean bootcut size 8 petite.) I'll add more as I think of them!
