I did it!

After work today, I spent 15 minutes exercising with my faux-DDR. (It's a dance pad game, but you hook it right up to the TV, rather than needing a Playstation.) I know 15 minutes doesn't sound like a lot, but it's 15 minutes more than I was doing! It's not an exercise program per se, but it's lots of jumping around, and it definitely gets my heartrate up and I feel it in my legs as well. It's nice because it's a game rather than something I feel I have to do. I'm hoping to gradually increase the amount of time I play. In addition to whatever other exercise I'm talking about here, I also take two 15-minute walks almost every weekday. My boss encourages it, which is nice. My friend and I walk around the building at 10:30 and at 3:30.
