Way too tired

I am so so so tired. I'm almost falling asleep at my desk, and my eye is twitching the way it always does when I'm tired. At least there's a reason - I was awake until 2:30 or so. I got home from work a little after midnight and then put laundry in and watched Grey's Anatomy, and then once I finally got to bed I had trouble falling asleep. So I definitely need to try to catch up a little tonight if I don't want to get sick again. More than that, though, I'm just tired all the time. Not *this* tired, but tired. When I think about it, I honestly can't remember the last time I didn't feel tired and worn down. Is that normal? Just part of adulthood? I don't know. I am going for a physical next month, so I will definitely mention it to my doctor then. I've been thinking I should "get more sleep" for a while, but I don't know how to actually go about that. And there must be more to it than just sleep time, because I do sleep a fairly regular amount. I think this constant tiredness is a lot of what makes me feel unhealthy all the time. So I really need to deal with it. I just don't know how. Vitamins? Better nutrition? Do things like that help? I don't know.
