Well, I'm back.

Hi everyone. Yup, I'm back. I sort of stalled over the holidays, as many people do, but my goal for this year is to lose an average of 1/2 pound per week, or 25 pounds total. Honestly, I haven't gotten off to a very good start, but... there's still time, right? Baby steps, baby steps. Thank you to those of you who have added me as a favorite, etc. I will be catching up on all your diaries within the next few days, as well as updating things around here. Thanks for bearing with me! I promise I'm back for good now. Also, for anyone who is reading this who has joined either the antidiet or anti-diet ring - the reason there are two is because the code for whichever I started first wasn't showing up correctly, so I started the other basically as a test. And now it looks like they are both showing up, so I'm going to try to consolidate them. I'll see which has more people, and contact anyone only on the other one to invite them to switch. :-)
