Monday update

I know, I have to update the stats and all now that I am writing here again. They haven't really changed much, though. Anyway. I am still right around 143. I was getting a little bummed about that, but then I thought, wait, I have lost 11 pounds and kept it off! So that is something. I'd like to get to 142 by next Monday, though. A pound a week seems reasonable. The main things I need to work on are exercising more and making sure I only eat when I'm hungry. I will plan out good meals, but end up eating other stuff just because it's there, especially at work. And if it's something that I WANT, then fine, but not just because it's there. I am also trying to drink more water. Of course, I forgot my water bottle today. Maybe I'll buy a diet soda later and then refill that bottle with water. Hm.
