I have done pretty well today! Weight was 152 again this morning... I think I'm going to "officially" weigh in on Monday mornings but I'll probably weight myself most mornings so I can more easily see trends, etc. But I know it fluctuates and not to take it too seriously. Anyway. I had coffee and a Kashi bar (icky but I have the box so I want to finish them) for breakfast, taco soup with cheese and cornbread for lunch, ravioli and peas for dinner. And now I'm having my tea and warm homemade Hawaiian sweet bread with peanut butter for dessert. Yummmmmmy. I'm not going to commit to journaling everything I eat, for a few reasons: 1. that's one of the things that got me into the unhealthy "eat as little as possible" thing in the past and 2. if I miss a day I will feel like a failure and perhaps end up quitting the whole thing. So I will probably sometimes mention it and sometimes not, depending on what else I want to write about that day. Let's see, what else? I went for my 15-min walk at work and then after dinner walked into town to the library and back, so I am doing pretty well for exercise today. I will try to do my crunches before bed too. I have noticed that I feel better already just knowing I am "doing something" even though there are obviously no results yet. I just hope that that feeling lasts until I DO start seeing results! I calculated that if I lose an average of a pound a week, I will hit 119 April 17. I'm going to give myself a few "weeks off" for the holidays and make my (very vague) goal May 1. Of course I'm hoping it won't take that long but yeah. I figure with a very lenient goal I will be more likely not to get frustrated for not living up to some ideal. Right? Okay, I should start getting ready for bed. Getting enough sleep supposedly helps fitness too!
