Snacking at work

Boy, I'm talkative today. (This is my third entry today so click "back" if you want to see the previous ones.) But there are a few different issues and I wanted them to have their own posts. I have realized that one of my main issues recently is eating all day at work just because I'm bored. I'm trying to figure out how to stop that. Today I'm basically bribing myself: if I only ate the meals/snacks I planned, I get pancakes for supper! I've been wanting pancakes for days. Yum. And I have done it! Well, I'm still at work, but I only have about half an hour left so I think I'm safe. :-) Things like that won't work every day, though, so I need to figure out how to just make it work. A lot of it will be just not bringing in food, I'm sure. I'm less likely to snack mindlessly if I have to go buy food. And now I'm rethinking the scale issue. I think I WILL start weighing myself, after all. But not worry about weigh-ins, tracking, etc. I'll probably just make a ticker and that's it. We'll see how it goes.
