Not feeling like I'm doing so well with this at the moment. My appetite has returned, which I keep trying to remind myself is GOOD, because not eating because of depression is bad. Anyway. Having my appetite back certainly makes things harder! I have started using my new exercise ball and that's lots of fun. I am doing that now instead of crunches, did I mention that? I don't remember. Anyway, I am still learning how to balance well on it, etc. but I have been doing some of the easier exercises and I feel like my abs and legs are definitely improving. Yay.
