Woohoo!

The scale said 150.5 this morning! It's not "official" because my weigh-in day is Monday, but it was great seeing it move in the right direction. It has me motivated to keep going. And now I feel like I just have to "maintain" for the rest of the week since 151 is my goal for Monday. Not that I'd object to losing more, of course! I have heard that people often lose more than usual the first week or two of healthy eating because of drinking more water, etc., so that is probably what this is. But still, it feels great! I also feel like I have a bit more energy. I have been exercising more and sleeping a little more/better, I think. So that's probably why. But it's great to feel healthier already!
