Anti-diet stuff and vitamins

So I started an anti-diet diaryring. I am just learning about the whole anti-diet idea, but I think it really makes a lot of sense. The basics: listen to your body, eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. Harder than it sounds, though. At least for some of us. But really... I think it's the only long-term solution. No counting, no forbidden foods, etc. It's much more natural, and theoretically much less guilt-ridden. So. It's worth a try. It just makes so much sense.

In other news, I forgot to mention yesterday that I bought vitamins. Today was my second day taking them. Yay! I'm not sure if/when I'm supposed to feel effects of them, but I know they are important for general health so I figured I should get some. I am trying the Viactiv chews for now, mostly because of the novelty factor. They actually taste pretty good.
